1. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions,
images, prices, availability and other product information.
Product appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on
the website.
The applicable price displayed at the time of placing the order
will be considered the order price.
2. Orders
An order placed through our website is subject to product
availability and successful payment or payment confirmation.
Tribhava Foods reserves the right to contact the customer if
any information relating to an order needs clarification.
3. Payment
Online payments are processed through our payment service provider,
Cashfree. We do not directly store your complete card or banking
credentials.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a COD handling fee of
₹35.
A ₹100 advance payment is required for COD orders.
If the total payable amount is less than ₹100, the applicable
advance may be limited to the total order amount.
The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.
If a customer places a COD order but refuses, does not accept,
or does not collect the shipment when delivery is attempted,
the advance payment made for that order is
non-refundable.
5. Offers & Coupons
Promotional offers and coupon codes are subject to their respective
eligibility conditions.
Under the BUY3GET1 offer, eligible customers receive
free product packs according to the offer displayed on the website.
The free pack is an additional product and is not treated as a
monetary discount.
6. Shipping
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout
before the order is placed.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location,
courier service, weather, operational conditions and other factors
outside our direct control.
7. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number,
email address and delivery address information. Tribhava Foods is
not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or
incomplete information provided by the customer.
